This month's interesting article on the Fairview container port in Prince Rupert and efforts to recreate its success in Halifax, NS makes no mention of outbound loads. Are most containers heading outbound empty?
It does mention grain, plastic pellets and wood pellets for electric generation stations as outbound loads for containers.
Thanks.. I missed that in the article.. still though, alot of those containers probably head back empty.
