That is indeed good news.

My family and I enjoy visiting Jim Thorpe.  In addition to the RBMN the local historical society museum is a great stop for train lovers

Good news indeed, but I'd guess most of us suspected that Jim Thorpe would "...wake up and smell the coffee..." over this sooner or later.

Jim Thorpe needs the Reading and Northern a lot more than the R&N needs Jim Thorpe.
