Watched it on my iPhone (sort of like watching in Z scale) and did not zoom in on those signs.

 There are two yellow signs visable, both indicate 50 MPH is allowed. The letters P and F on them mean Passenger and Freight.

Nice video- question for you (or anyone else who might know), what are those six equipment boxes along the ROW used for?  I've never seen anything quite like that before...
