Per the 'extra' R-section in Monday's (25 Nov.) print edition. I didn't see any other railroads (but I might have missed one). The ratings are by the Claremont Graduate University's Drucker Institute (named after the late management guru Peter Drucker). It examined 820 companies, so some other railroads must have been included. I believe they're all publicly traded, but am having trouble finding that stated. I believe the cut-off for the data was June 30th, but again am having trouble confirming that.
Specifics for NS:
Sector: Transportation/ Logistics
Score: 53.1 out of 100
Change from 2018: ^ 6.5
Ratings in 5 categories, out of 5 stars possible:
Customer Satisfaction - 2 stars
Employee Engagement and Development - 2 stars but with a Red Flag*
Innovation - 3 stars
Social Responsibility - 4 stars
Financial Strength - 4 stars
*Red Flag = in the bottom 25% of the 820 firms for that category.
I'm sure some here will have comments about this rating . . .
