Each week or so, I get the Trains newsletter and attempt to read some of the newswire stories. Some of them are locked, some are not. On my Samsung S9 phone, I attempt to read a locked article and it appears that I need to sign on. When I try, it acts like it doesn't recognize my login or password. But I can do it from a desktop computer.
Why are some of the articles locked, and why can't I sign in on the cell?

I have the same problem with my Samsung J7 Galaxy PERX. So I just read them on my desktop at home.
