CN is also doing it with a very solid balance sheet. Long Term Debt levels are very manageable.
I am surprised no one has commented on this report. The 1st qtr the analysts were concerned about CN's OR and how much they were spending on capital but nary a word this time.
I am glad CN is spending on capital, the highest percentage of any of the class 1's and about 2 1/2 times what CP is spending, I hope they keep it up but CN says it will be a more normal amount next year. I would like to know which projects are finished so far this year.
