This event affected my trip out of Brmingham yesterday. Amrak #19 terminateed in Birmingham, was turned (on the wye just east of where the Terminal Station was)--and the crew for #20 (along with the passengers), came up by bus, cleaned the cars, and left for New York about six hours late. I have no idea as to the situation at Howell last night, for I was fast asleep when we came through Atlanta.
