I would like to know if any other subscribers experienced the same problems I have experienced in the montn of March.
I did not receive a single newsletter from any of my subscriptions; Trains, Classic Trains, Model Railroader or MRVP.
I e-mailed customer service but to no avail.
I have been totally dissatisfied with the new customer service company.
Are you referring to receiving via e-mail the threads/forums you have subscribed to so they will come to you via e-mail? Recently, I received none on three weekends--and they appeared in my e-mail on the following Monday There was no such difficulty this past weekend, even though I expected it.
