I happened to be in Kirkwood, MO along the UP Jefferson City Sub and saw a couple of re-routes last night (3/15)...both Z trains...which rarely show up on the Jeff City Sub.  I only caught the symbol one of them...believe it was ZBRG1.  So I assume he was getting around the NE/IA flooding, coming through KC and then east to STL and then back north to Chicago.
