Google Earth photoed a local race track in two passes - One pass was made in June and the other was made in January - one segment was green with the leafed out trees, the other was barren with the trees and folage in winter mode.
Never too old to have a happy childhood!
Untill I had to retire, I had a business in Lansing, MI. I went to look down from a satellite one day, and found it just fine, except a half block area centered on my building was all fuzzy and indistinct. Absolutely nothing about the place was special, just a couple retail businesses. The street view was clear, I could tell who was working at the time of the photo from the cars in the lot. But the satellite image didn't resolve our little area. No conspiracy or secrets, just the satellite images didn't have enough clear shots to resolve.
The 'disappearing object' phenomena is an artifact of satellite imaging.
The images are strips that reflect the path of the satellite over time, and imaging processing merges adjacent images. Moving objects may not be visible on the next pass of the satellite.

The cars on the road are masked as well. Looks like they are using multiple images to eliminate moving objects
Why would a train be blurred out in a Google Earth satellite view?
You can see it in downtown Columbus Ohio on a connecting track that curves around Huntington Park.
39.967799, -83.014400.
It the train has secret cargo why route the train right through a downtown?
