What about the lawsuit against NORFOLK SOUTHERN.

What lawsuit is it you are talking about? I haven't heard of any lawsuit against them. One of the Main Lines runs right through the middle of the town I live in, 2-track Main, all the wat to Fort Wayne, Indiana.
