WGNX is not even a common carrier (former CNW/CMO Omaha Road line); failed as a common carrier in the late 90's/ started circa 1992...glorified industrial track with no industry to serve?

Owned by the State of Wisconsin and the Washburn County Transit Commission. (per STB FD-33947 10-27-2000)

If you scroll far enough to the left, that is the name of the RR that is on the sides of the 3 passenger cars on the end... scroll a bit further and there is an F7 locomotive in the distance.
