Can't speak to present day CSX - I retired in December 2016.
When I was working CSX was always looking for more effective (cheaper) routings for their traffic. At that time the Coke traffic was handled from the Pittsburgh area through New Castle, Youngstown, Sterling and Lester to Cleveland via the Cleveland Sub.
The 'new' CSX may be looking at selling off the Cleveland Sub and routing the traffic through Collingwood and Ashtabula and over the NS's line getween Ashtabula and Youngstown and thence on to Pittsburgh via New Castle.
The current CSX senior management seems to be operating on the theory that their customers are in pain on their dealings with CSX and a little more pain won't drive them away - and if the do go, it will improve the Operating Ratio. From the new CSX's viewpoint - either eventuality is a win.

The Cleveland Subdivision, former B&O, goes right through our backyard. Over the past few years, the amount of traffic has decreased considerably. We used to get long freight trains, the Coke Express, and a decent variety in the trains that came through. Recently, all that we get is a GP38 or GP40 moving cars up and down the line a couple times per day. It seems that the traffic has shifted more toward the old Conrail lines and possibly to the Eastern side of the city. I saw a Coke Express train in Cuyahoga Falls yesterday. I'm just wondering what CSX's plans are for the Cleveland Subdivision and what brought about the changes.
