RR Picture Archives Down

Hello,

I was just trying to upload a few pictures onto rrpicturearchives.net, but it seems like their photo uploader is broken.  For the past few hours I have been trying, but it doesn't work.  After selecting the photo and typing in a description, when I click the "upload" button, it just produces a 404 error.  Is it just me or is it everyone else?  This is really annoying.

Works fine for me, 9 hours later.

For me, sometimes the site is very slow.  Sometimes not.  I expect if someone poured more money into it, it could be faster.  I suspect the advertising revenue has very few zeroes after the first number.

As of 10am, the "photo of the Day" archives were also down, resulting in a '404' error when selecting a photo.

The website still works, but the photo uploader won't.  Update as of 8:28 am.

Something is going on, the list of the latest photos stops at the 8th!

I think RR Picture Archives is dead. No one is fixing it. Why. IDK, maybe they just don't care anymore.

One picture added in the last four days, showing as added yesterday, and it displays at high resolution so the basic mechanics of the photo storage are still running at some level.  No notification on the site itself of any distress or extraordinary maintenance, but the 'autodetect' of the browser is massively broken for a Mac running Firefox 61.0.1 64-bit.

RR Picture Archives is back up!

If you look at the bottom of the page you will notice the the copyright has not been updated since 2016. There has not been an editors pick for years and the guy who created the site has not uploaded a photo since 2016. I personally have been waiting 1 and a half years and counting to get approved. I have pretty much given up hope. Finally the F125s, SC-44 and some rebuild show up as unkown in the locomotive type box. I do wonder who pays the hosting company and fixes the site.
