In addition to iChurchill backing out of the Hudson Bay RR deal, G&W is shutting down the Huron Central - central theme to both happensings is the Canadian government no putting the Canadian dollars into both properties as they had previously agreed to.

Would it be cheaper for the Canadian Goverment to move people out of town and build them new houses somewhere else?
