At 745am Wednesday at westbound roadside park, on I680 just east of
Loveland, Iowa was a Commodore Transport(painted bright red) semi and flatbed trailer with BART passenger car 3012 with x and y on each end.
This is near the intersection with I29. The truck would have to go westbound.
