According to the Southwest Railfan, the SD9s were ex-SP.
The GP7s were either ATSF or C&NW. The Santa Fe had some 245 of them. C&NW had 113. This site seems to have a pretty comprehensive list of the ATSF locomotives. I'll let you search it.

Trying to locate status of long retired Pandhandle Northern engines 4425 (a SD9) and 4435 (GP7). Build dates and former railroads they worked for prior to going to Omnitrax.
