I have noticed that every day this week, trains 14 and 11 have been many hours

late. I know that Amtrak is usually not on time, but why have they been so late? I was checking this week to see when I actually might be catching the train, and it seems like everyday they are at least 3 hours late by the time they get to martinez, which puts the train in there at 2 in the morning then. Why is this, is there track work south of of Salinas that is causing the delays, just a lot of traffic, or what? Thanks,
