According to Progressive Railroading, six have pleaded guilty in the Federal Lac Megantic accident trial, and Harding will do time.

 Oddly, Labrie seems to have gotten a free pass.  I have my suspicion how this might have come to be.

Six months and a $50,000 fine for Harding. The six months to be served in the community of Lac Megantic.

I'Ve been corrected ..the six month sentence is "house arrest".
