MC,
A bit off topic, but throughout my career in aviation and working on engines with 520 CUIN total displacement I have found it difficult to explain to others that refers to one cylinder on a "prime mover".
Those engines are totally different from those that power piston powered air planes.

The hump was shut down 1989 and the equipment (Dowty retarders, etc) was gone by 1993. The 1312/119 set went to La Junta/ east lead after that. (till at least 1996)
1312 was a GP7M with the nose cut down and wired as a slug mother. Saw it a lot in my career. In 1995 the front end operating bubbas were lobbying to put the hump back at Pueblo, but nothing happened after another regime change. 1312, with a normally aspirated 567 under the hood, was odd on the Colorado Division with its elevation. Rarely ever saw CF-7s and GP-7/9s at any time in LJ or Pueblo or on the branches.(GP-20 country)
Saw another hump set at Dodge City on occasion. That looked like a waste of motive power.
When did SF close the hump yard at Pueblo? Slug eng 1312 was apparently assigned there several years. In 1989 the 1312 moved to Newton and worked @ Sand Creek yard until the early 2000's until being deleted from the roster
