Actually there's 3 train movies if you count "Murder on the you know what."

I didn’t know about the 15:17 to Paris, but I’m very familiar with the real story it’s based on. Members on here might remember I used to have in my signature a message looking for co-writers for a train themed comedy movie. I have been battling Lyme disease the last 5 years and thankfully it hasn’t killed me and I’m working still. I have notes written down and a basic concept for it. I didn’t think I have it in me to write a comedy strongly based on Trains with lots of one liners so I let the story morph based on life experiences, life dreams and my vast imagination. Trains would still be part of the movie but not all over every minute of it.

My understanding is the 15:17 to Paris is directed by Clint Eastwood and is using the actual men involved in portraying themselves on the screen.

Never too old to have a happy childhood!

I thought that a realistic TV Show Drama based on working for and running a Class 2 railroad might work myself. Think Dallas but instead of Oil its Railroads.
