Vegas at least for the OTR market is called a black hole market. Plenty goes in little coming out. But then your close enough if you haul reefer to Bakersfield to make it worth your while to haul into there. Vegas consumes mass quanities of all types of food and other goods but has next to no goods built there. So you know if your an OTR driver your deadheading out. However it is very nice place to have to take a reset in for your logbook.
You left out the modest cofc facilty along with all the loose car stuff.
There is also a small collection of warehouses and factories at the point where Blue Diamond Rd (NV-160) crosses the UP.
There is a huge chemical/metal plant on the east side of town, gets lots of tanks. The branch crosses the strip just south of Mandaly Bay and runs along the south side of the airport.
An "expensive model collector"
Does Las Vegas area have any local freight traffic? If so what kind of freight is it?
