Happy Birthday.   And I did observe Pearl Harbor Day in my own special way.

No, but I'm sure I'll remember it now!

Happy Natal Day, Madam La Mook!

Pearl Harbor, and Ms. Mookie's Birthday! Happy B-Day

Now forever bound, in my mind, along with the Date; My Mother-in-Law got straffed on the parade ground at Scofield Barracks, as she and her shift of nurses walked to work on that Sunday morn.  Whistling

I just left my e-mail and my dentist and my dermatologist each sent me a bd card.

And if you believe in coincidences - they just played 867-5309 on my favorite oldies station.  (Song even spells the name right, Murphy!)

Day just getting better and better.

Thanx for wishes

Having Birthdays beats the alternative!

Never too old to have a happy childhood!

To all my fellow December birthday babies: Happy Birthday Cakeand Merry Christmas.Gift I hope you don't mind that I was going to give you a combination birthday/Christmas present but I ran out of money this close to Christmas. You know how it goes. Mom always did like you better. That’s why she didn’t have you in December.Mischief

I struggled to figure it out, too... but the girl in the song of that title ("867-5309") was named "Jenny" and that is a nickname for our dear "Mookie" in the real world.

Happy Birthday, dear Mookie!  And Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and many, many more days of joy and peace and happyness.

I was confused there, as I remember 867-5309 and now Semper confirmed the cobwebs weren't obscurring my brain functions.

Anyway, Alles gute zum Geburtstag, or something like that.

Oh, I got the Jenny part. I guess I should just be content with the idea that I'm not old enough.

I didn't realize she was that old (her birthday IS the reason Roosevelt gave that little speech, isn't it?). A date which will live in infamy, indeed!

She's not quite that old - but I got tired of explaining each year that I came 2 years after Pearl Harbor.  Still old, but not quite infamy.  Actually not much remarkable about 1943 except it keeps a space between 42 and 44.

Mookie(Jen)  I think I feel some of your pain.Sigh

I was born on the day the Allies invaded Sicily. Aches and pains? You betcha, but I still can get around and fortunately; I feel somewhat better than a some of my contemporaries. I think age has a relative meaning to the individual. WE can still look forward to what the new day is bringing us....Even if, the first train of the day is at 0345.
