I listened to a good hunk. Lots of ugly anecdotes. Nearly all were about the really ugly times a couple months ago. But, some were from recent weeks.
Lots of comments about how hard it was and is get information from CSX. One good comment about how shippers need advance notice more than a few days about service changes so they can get their act together.
One new group, actually thanked EHH for helping them make the case for reciprocal switching. They pitched it as a way to get relief from bad service.
Amtak was rather complimentary. CSX did a nice job with the Auto Train, recently.
Another group campaigned for some tighter metrics.
The SMART guy talked a good bit about the challenges of running long trains.
Overall, it was about what you'd expect. I doubt there will be much come from this except to have another gab-fest in a few months.
