I looked yesterday at Galveston yard schedule. All jobs Fr/Sa were on as normal w/no jobs being annulled. I did not look at Beaumont or Houston to see what was going on there. Without looking at the Galvst pool boards, I'm certain that AFHT crews there were sent bk home either working a train or deadheading. No need to keep them down there and rot, although that would build a good amount of held away pay. When the 2013 F5 tornado hit Oklahoma City, the crew office @ Topeka called every AHFT employee in OKC asking where they were at and if they were ok. Since the Red Rock Sub was going to be down a couple days, these crews were deadheaded bk to Ark City and Ft.Worth by van.Hopefully again the same concern was given to the folks laying over on the coast and an effort was being crafted to get them home asap.
