Amtrak 506 derailed today at the Seattle Sub MP14 bridge. I can't find any current news articles (incident happened less than two hours at time of posting) but preliminary police reports indicate no serious injuries.
Amtrak 467 ended up on its side and several Talgo cars (Jefferson Set) derailed.
