Its about an energy logistics company that is buying a crude oil terminal in Stroud, OK. They will run a crude train from Hardisty, Alberta to Stroud, where the terminal connects to Cushing, OK thru a short pipeline. These places may sound familiar since the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline would run from Hardisty to Nebraska, where it would connect to existing Keystone pipelines to the crude pipeline hub of Cushing. Do they know something about the likelihood of the controversial pipeline actually getting built?
