We keep hearing we are supposed to pick up more coal trains (contracts formerly held by the BNSF) and maybe some other business for the last few months.  Haven't seen it in my neck of the woods.  We actually have had less coal trains the last month or two because a couple of the mines were down for maintenance.  

I'm sure they are for "free" trade.  If production of goods moved back to the US it might move closer to where the consummers are.  That would mean the distance freight moves might be less and shipments might move entirely by highway.
