Don't know the year it was created. To my knowledge rail has been severed between Noble, IL and Caseyville, IL. The rail is still in place and owned by CSX, there has not been a abandonment notice filed, to my knowledge.

Balt, What year was that map created? I thought the former B&O Cincinnati-East St Louis Route was no longer a through route.
