I think you may be right. This is the only info, I could find on them. Nothing about the DVD magazine.

Not familiar with it - probably a good chance it was a one-man operation, and if he decided to call it quits (or worse) then the trail would end.
If he did decide to simply close without notice, odds are he also shut down any websites that were involved, which would explain much of the lack of a web presence.

Strange. the only comparison I can make is an outfit called Mark 1 Video. They were quite the railfan video producer 20 years ago, good ones too. When the founder, Marc S. Balkin died his son took over the business and now sell the DVD's only on (I think) eBay. Try to find Mark 1 Video by itself and you can't.
That is all I could find. Places selling it and no other information about publisher, subscriptions, anything.
I did a check for "Railroad Video Quarterly" and found there's some outfits selling the Fall 2016 edition, but couldn't find if RVQ itself is still in business.
If they went they went fast, and without a sound. Not sure about this one.
Can anyone tell me if they are still in existance?? I have searched and searched on the internet and can no subscription information or anything. Thanks!
