HEY! Where's my Map of the month (Cleveland) that was promised me in Jan 2017 Issue for Feb 2017?

Went to Niagara Hobby and picked up Jan and Feb 2017. In Janurary upcoming issue the map of the month was supposed to be for Feb Cleveland Rails...but looked in Feb nothing nada bumpkis!

Since somehow the Editors missed the deadline could they post the map of the month on the Trains Website?

A few years ago the magazine featured an excellent map of Cleveland's railroads past and present, does anyone remember which month that was? You may already have that issue at home Raymond.
