It's not a Topeka cab unit which means it got away VERY early. (and no d/b blister...odd).

Frame # visible on either corner?

Per info on RR Picture Archives, it was built as ATSF 2782 in 1952.

ATSF later re-used the number for a GP30u, then a GP39-2, from what I can find.

Background on Central KS Ry eng 713. Conflicting history. Was this former ATSF 2059 or was it a NP/BN unit prior to being acquired by Omnitrax?
