EHH was with BN after Frisco and before Illinois Central.

He came from the Illinois Central originally, that's how he got in with CN - after CN, it was a lateral move to CP. The horns come from his clash with the established culture at the railways, to put it in a way that doesn't take sides!

Hunter Harrison came from FRISCO first where he was mentor to the current KCS CEO (see that interview) in the FRISCO Memphis yard............then he went to Illinois Central.

Well I don't see the horns on the guy like everyone claims. Seems like the kind of guy you would like to have beer with and shoot the breeze. The suit he's wearing is a bit frumpy, looks like a banker.

He has a very strong American "twang" in his speech. Was he bi-lingual as in English/French? If not how on earth was he involved at these high levels with CN and CP. 

Well the merger is dead anyway so 611 is safe for now.
