On the Roanoke cam you don't 'miss' it for four hours - you can slide the bar to replay it.

Now the screen says "This video has been removed by the user"...well that's too darn bad. Maybe someone complained or some lawyer got involved! Maybe they are "upgrading". For now we got bupkiss.
