I got my problem workout from trains for my May Issue, I e-mail Jim Wrinn  he got that worked out, also phone call from Becky James that works with Jim. She called me, She sent me Fresh Copy of May Issue and few more free Trains issue for me. Again Thank You Jim Wrinn & Becky James.Big SmileBig Smile

Personally, I have only had a couple of problems involving subscription issues (and one with access to Newswire).  Crying          

    I have delt with the Customer Service reps via e-mail, and telephone.  Problems were always solved professionally, and quickly.  C/S rocks at Kalmbach ! Bow
