Can anyone identify the bridge or trestle accompanying the following article:

Nothing wrong with the URL I provided. I lifted it from the original posting and pasted it into two different browsers. Success each time.

Also got 'unhandled exception' error when trying to access.
Never too old to have a happy childhood!
Based on the scenery, I'm going to guess Washington or Oregon.

Yes , there is. If it's not important enough for you to post a hot link, it's not important enough for everyone else to copy and paste.
It's UP's Joso Bridge over the Snake River near Lyons Ferry State Park, WA. With some tacky alteration work done to the image. Map link here:

The problem I encountered has nothing to do with the quality of the link. I went directly to the main site and did a search. Finding the proper title, I clicked on it and got the same problem. There was either a problem with the site itself, or the way Chrome handled it.

Thank you for the identification.
Just tried the link again, and it worked. That is an interesting "edit" on the bridge...
I'm suspecting a glitch on their end, which they've now fixed.
There is a problem with the Forums, sometimes links don't post as "hot". I have posted links that I couldn't make "hot". Making copying and pasting necessary.
However, I copied and pasted the Op's link here and it works.
It is necessary to hit the "enter" key after pasting to make the link "hot". Then post. That is probably the reasom in this case (ie. the OP did't hit "enter") Although, for reasons unknown to me, this sometimes does not work.
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
In the REPLY screen there is a 'Link' Icon - in Firefox, bottom row of 3 and 4th Icon from the left.
Click it and it sets up a window to paste whatever link you have into the Url window - Click OK and away you go. There aren't the same tools in the QUICK REPLY screen.
Occasionally I'll want to make just a word or phrase hot - and not show the entire URL, especially if it's really long.
It can be done, but I'm sometimes reduced to going into HTML mode (source code) and doing the command line commando thing. That usually works.

A copy and paste takes about five clicks. How many keystrokes did your message take?

It only takes me one click to open with no copy and paste.
Highlite, right click on open in new tab and it opens. That simple.
The artical is a good read.
