This is just wrong. Don't the execs understand that is the common workers such as conductors and engineers that make them money. 20% bonuses annually! They should feel ashamed although I'm sure they don't.

As long as citizens and their local representatives sit and don't cry "Foul", the situation won't change much at all.

Performance pay can be justified, but when it's actually much higher than what's awarded in other large markets, like New York, then that's a justifiable issue that should be put on the floor, especially when this city's municipal government has been crying "financial pain" for the past several years.

"I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"
