Yes, he looked much better in Husker Red than did their football team this year. Sorry couldn't resist. I actually like their program--don't like where it is going.

Sorry,

But after making enough posts to have seven stars, I don't think anyone is going to buy a claim the I am omniscient.

I think God would have a few more stars than that, otherwise I like your list, LC.

You weren't offending me at all; I was just chuckling over the thought of anyone thinking I was omniscient after having read my posts.

Hah! That would make the dispatcher eight stars, then. People only think they give orders to dispatchers. As one CEO of recent vintage was heard to grump, "dispatching is the bane of our operation."

Hmmmm. Sounds like the old saw...

When the world was formed and God ascended to Heaven and the Devil descended to Hell somebody had to send them there...

And the Dispatching craft was born...

LOL...

And that pretty much sums up how everyone else feels about dispatchers -- can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em.

It almost makes me hesitate to bring up the two years I worked as a 911 Public Safety Dispatcher during college...

LC, congratulations! I mean .. we've had our tough encounters with one another over the short haul (I don't get along too well with weasel engineers), but all matters aside, you earned this. You hung in, survived the thousands, and now have bragging rights. I salute you (right hand, fingers straight and ridged to midhip with a Miller in my left ready to pound). This is strange but because of your accomplishment I'm buzzed! Your achievement is short celebrated here, although I never overlooked it.
