Anyone have any knowledge what is the construction visible from the St Paul (Union Station) web Cam #2?

Unfortunately I'm not able to get the cam to work on this PC. The new Lafayette bridge a little east of SPUD has been under construction for a year or two (seems like 20), maybe it's that? The bridge crosses Warner Road, and then the Mississippi River going south from the east edge of DT St.Paul.
1. try some other browser than IE (monzilla or chrome)
2. the construction seems to be track work immediately east of the N/S leg of the wye.
CP Tie Gang has been working on both mains between Hoffman Ave. and Division St. replacing a lot of ties.
OK I can see it now (thanks for the tip) and yes it's trackwork. Coming home from work everyday along this line I've been seeing 5-6 white pickups by the tracks, with 10-15 little yellow "minions" on the rails working away. Looks like they're putting up new signals over by the hump.
