Hey NYS&W  where was your derail in the location the car was parked.  Railcar traveled down incline onto a street, hit someone's car ( totaled ? ), then ran into the steam loco.  All in all a bad day for someone.

NYC Switcher 6721 (an 0-6-0) took one for the team today in Utica, NY, but it wasn't quite enough, as the switcher was shoved into one of the towers leading to the walkway over the CSX Chicago line by a runaway hopper loaded with plastic pellets.  Damage to the structure was significant.  The momentum took out not one, but two bumping posts.
