Trackside with Trains Vol. 263: "Glass" is open for submissions

Congratulations to Theresa Cramer! Her photo of the coaling tower in DeKalb, Illinois is now in line to be published in Trains magazine.

This week's Trackside with Trains theme is "Glass." Send us your best shot of railroad-related glazing, windows, head lamps, signal lenses, passenger car windows, lanterns, dashboard components, etc.

Please submit your images by Noon CST Thursday, July 16, 2015, to [e-mail]. Voting will begin on Monday, July 20, 2015. The winning submission may get published in a future issue of the magazine.

The rules:

1. Send us your best photo on the topic at 1024 pixels wide. Please also have a high-resolution copy available should your photo win the contest for publication. Photo submission details will be double checked by Trains staff before print publication.
