I saw a northbound empty coal train on CSX yesterday with two engines at the point and one cut in the middle of the train. It was on the old NC&StL line from Nashville to Chattnooga. I knew other railroads did this, but I didn't remember seeing it on CSX. Is this a widespread practice on CSX?
