YES and I have the model, and you can put it on the track and tilt it by hand.

Yes the Acela does tilt through curves, or at least the trailer cars do.
I've never seen the Bachmann model and I don't know if it does tilt.
I have the Heljan model of the Swedish X2000 Tilt train and it does tilt in curves.
