I have a picture of a similar "tunnel" on an IHB industrial lead just north of the point where it crosses Wolf Lake. This is within the Chicago city limits.

All too well. And in the fall, all the leaves fall on the rails, making them slicker than snot.
A fair part of our trip from Utica to Thendara runs through tree tunnels. Or something very close.

On Sunday, March 1, 2015, MSN posted a picture story titled "Beautiful Tree Tunnels from around the world". The following link is for the Tunnel of Love in Klevan, Ukraine. Now that is a railroad tunnel! Anyone know of other RR tunnels in green?
