ugly paint schemes
Posted by kolechovski on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 4:20 PM
Which railroad(s) do you think have the worst paint schemes? I number 2 pick is NS, with its plain black and white locos, and the worst is the Union Pacific with the all-yellow stuff. I considered it a huge improvement just with them adding the flags and eagles to it, though it's still ugly. What do you guys think?

The worst has to be the early Conrail patch painted ex PC locomotives which were just black and dirty, with white numbers, and a small stencilled CR the size of the numbers.

You'd have start early in the morning to think up a worse scheme than that!
