New Form?

I heard the DS giving some track on the CSX Montreal Secondary to a crew last night, but it wasn't the NORAC "Form D" I've grown accustomed to. Can't remember the new form designation, though. The information is the same, just the presentation is different. Anybody shed any light?

Might be a form EC-1

As of November 1st there have been some rules changes that were to occur on CSX and former Conrail territory controlled by CSX.

CSX has converted from NORAC to CSX operating rules on its former Conrail territories.

EC-1 sounds really familiar... This is former CR (NYC>PC) territory.
