CN yard construction at Stevens Point, WI

Perhaps some of my Wisconsin based railfan brothers can help me with this one. For the first time in about a year I am in Wausau, WI and on the way here I took time to stop by the CN(formerly SOO, formerly WC) yard in Stevens Point to see what's been going on...to my surprise they are doing some really big construction at the old roundhouse/engine servicing area...looks like new fueling facility, etc. Can somebody give me some additional information...looks like one of the biggest construction projects here in a long time.
