I saw a film of CP 1603 loco today. It was a six axle odd looking unit; probably a rebuild. But I can not find any info on it on the www, so I am turning to my trusty source, Trains. Was it originally built with six axles? Also had a small fuel tank, probably not main line power. Film was from the 90's so maybe it is no longer on the CP. Northtowne

CP 1603 is a GP9u rebuild. More info is available at the following address, including a picture of the unit before it was rebuilt.
