How much do the back orders cost again?

Hi.
I have a problem. I'm doing a report on the problems of the UP-SP merger, and I can't find anything that tells me where the problems in Houston began. I know Englewood Yard (former SP) filled up, and most of UP was stuck, but I need the whys and wherefores.
