The Nebraska Zephyr is THE living shiny train. Period. The shot of it is very nice, but it could have been in the mis-exposed, out of focus and crooked and I'd have still voted for it!
FWIW, NC Transportation Museum's streamliner gathering is, so far, missing this train. If they manage to get it there, I'm going!

All that glitters tis not gold....nor stainless steel. Tom Nano got my vote because that cab was *** and span, shining with brand new paint from top to bottom, and presented with shining pride those who brought it to this condition!
RIDEWITHMEHENRY is the name for our almost monthly day of riding trains and transit in either the NYCity or Philadelphia areas including all commuter lines, Amtrak, subways, light rail and trolleys, bus and ferries when warranted. No fees, just let us know you want to join the ride and pay your fares. Ask to be on our email list or find us on FB as RIDEWITHMEHENRY (all caps) to get descriptions of each outing.
It looks like so far most voters have gone for the Zephyr shot. It's a shoo-in, I'm sure.I went with the UP Centennial shot at the Illinois Railway Museum, for two reasons:1. Lance Wales actually captured Alcor! (Look it up!)2. Any time you can get lights to reflect off a UP locomotive is pretty rare!
